Vladimir began his activity with the firm in January 2015, having acquired significant professional experience in labour and employment law.
During this period, Vladimir has been providing specialised advice in various fields pertaining to labour and employment matters, representing the interests of renowned companies, with businesses in numerous sectors, in court and in front of national and local authorities and submitting petitions to the competent national or local authorities.

His area of expertise includes representation in court, in matters such as individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary procedures, working time, occupational health, drafting employment related documents, as well as offering  legal advice in matters pertaining to the conclusion, performance or termination of employment agreements, individual/collective redundancies, employee secondment and in other areas as well.

Vladimir graduated the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in mediation. He has been a member of Bucharest Bar Association since December 2014.
