At local level her activity includes providing organizational consultancy, by being directly involved in drafting internal policies and regulations, offering consultancy with respect to disciplinary actions and professional unsuitability, drafting specific documents related to the conclusion, execution and termination of employment agreements, providing support in handling a good relationship with unions, assistance during collective negotiations and also representing clients in front of national courts and in front of local and national authorities.
